To the men who are going on with 5 hours or less sleep, How do you guys make it work? I need to cut down on my sleep without feeling groggy or sleepy through the day.
Hello and Happy New year to all. In this new year I have embarked upon a challenge of switching job. And I need a significant preperation time but with current job and a toddler it's hard to find any time to prepare for it. The only thing that I can cut down is my sleeping time from 7 hours to 4,5 hours. (Can't leave job, won't cut down on playtime with my kid). So to the people who are living with less sleep or who lived with less sleep how do you do it without being sluggish all day? And for how long is it sustainable? I need to do it for atleast 3-4 months. Is it a good choice or should I forget about it? I am 35M if it helps.3
