Need Discussion on Banning White LED Headlights & High Beams - Road Safety Crisis

Seriously, can we please have a serious discussion about banning those blinding white LED headlights and the rampant misuse of high beams in India? It's becoming a massive road safety hazard. Whenever I m coming back to home from gym, half of the time I m blinded by my fellow Indians who don't even know what fog lamps are or high beam is. It seems like half the drivers out there have absolutely no clue how to use their headlights. They're driving around in cities with their fog lamps on, blinding everyone, even when there's perfectly clear weather. And don't even get me started on the people who think hand gestures are a replacement for indicators. Instead of using the actual indicator stalk, they're waving their hands out the window like they're hailing a rickshaw from a mile away. It's absolutely infuriating and dangerous. What can we do to push for better enforcement and stricter regulations? Is it possible to get these blinding lights banned? How can we educate drivers on proper headlight and indicator usage?
