Muslim took the land and decided to stay in India - why no one objected?

I was reading the BRF forum and one user mentioned that one of the biggest scam that happened was - Muslim took one third of the Indian land and decided to stay in India. Hindus and India lost the land, tens of thousands of Hindus and Sikhs got murdered and now Muslims in India are on Hindu welfare. Muslims in India don't pay any tax, the waqf board is taking Hindu land and the Muslim population has got more than doubled in last 70 years. What do you think?
