Is One Piece anime worth watching?

Many people recommended me this anime called one piece they say that it's their best experience in their life While on the other hand some of my friends said that don't waste your time on this crap it's overrated and boring it does not get better you just develop Stockholm syndrome So there are mixed extreme reactions coming up over this but I want to neutral opinion So that I can decide whether to watch this or not because I don't want to waste my time is it not worth it but if it's a good experience I will definitely invest my time on this !
