How does it feel to move from Tier 1 to Tier 2/Tier 3 cities?

To the people who moved to Tier 2/Tier 3 cities (for whatever reason) from a Tier 1 city, how was your experience? The ones who are living in a Tier 1 city, if given a chance, would you move to a Tier 2 or a Tier 3 city? Please explain your answer too.
