Fitness Trainer job or study for govt exams? Really need some career advice here.

Well, to start, I've M.Sc. in Computer Science. My B.Sc. percentage is only 58%. In M.Sc., because of it being during COVID, also somewhat because of my university, I managed to score 80%. But, but, but, the BIG problem is that I've completely lost interest in coding. During B.Sc., I started playing PC games a lot, which pretty obviously affected my marks. By the end, I had slowly started losing interest in coding. After BSc, I had taken one year gap & started preparing for govt exams. But even then I was still playing games. Seeing that my govt exam preparation was going nowhere, I thought maybe taking up MSc Cyber Security might keep me interested & help me get a good job as well. But, alas, we were the first batch of that course and the teachers also didn't bother much with practicals, AND, I was still gaming. And then by the end of it, I had completely lost interest from Computer Science all together. So, again started preparing for govt exams somewhat seriously this time. I also started going to gym because I've been quite thin from childhood & I also easily pass as a teenager while being about to be 25yrs old. My gaming time slowly reduced & it's nil now. But, going to gym I realized that I got fatigued very easily. So went to doctor & after multiple tests I got to know that I've Thalassemia Minor. From then on, started reading about it, started reading about the various supplements & how the various vitamins & minerals interact with the body & what all problems even moderate deficiencies can cause. Started supplementing various vitamins & minerals & have been seeing absolutely positive effects. All this while also reading fantasy novels, lol (I've now stopped wasting time in that as well). In the govt. exams I did improve my scores, but haven't been able to pass the cutoffs for any of the exams. So, I'm now really wondering should I join a coaching institute, leave gym & prepare seriously, while being not much interested in it (I'm very weak in general awareness section), OR, should I get Nutritionist and Personal Training certifications from ISSA, while simultaneously studying about the various micro-nutrients from research papers (that's what I've been doing and have made some amazing discoveries, which I think can help a lot of people) and become a full-time Fitness Trainer ???? (I look after my mother & father a lot, so thought maybe I can easily help other people becoming fit & healthy) So, yeah, what should I do !??
