Does bajrang dal has the authority to beat & intrude into teenager's privacy in India?

I saw plenty of videos on the internet mainly reddit about bajrang dal members beating couples and calling their parents,disturbing them and intruding their privacy in places. Why does no cop stop them? Is it legally allowed to do this and if so why? Why do they have a problem in relationships of consenting teenagers who both love each other? Why are we so extreme in dating and sex when we're the ones with the biggest population in the world? Does Hindusim prohibit dating? Idts cuz krishna loved Radha too right? So why? I seriously don't get why no one stops them and impose some strict rules against this.
