Can I order from Swiggy/zomato while staying in a 3 star hotel ?

So I'm going for a 2 day business visit and staying at a 3 star hotel with free breakfast.. I wanted to know if i can order from Swiggy/zomato ?? The reason isn't cost but the fact that I'll be busy with client calls during evenings and also I want to try local delicacies
