Why my Reddit up votes and comments are not visible to others

Hi guys, I recently joined Reddit with the sole purpose to help people with their financial queries. I am an employee and not a distributor for any fund etc, so have no vested interest. Only wish to guide people as per my limited knowledge in the hope someone may find it useful. I have tried commenting and up voting multiple times but people can't see it when I share the link to my comment. It shows server error when I go to a particular sub reddit to eg: r/Nri (Have deep knowledge in that space since I belong to an NRI family) PS - have never used any self promoting content or attached links. Have tried connecting with mods also but no success Anyone faced a similar issue and if yes, how did you navigate through it.
