Why do many people from UP, Bihar put the letter E in front of conjunct starting with S?

Basically the title. I've heard many people from that region including some famous Youtubers like Open Letter, put the letter E infront of conjunct starting with S. Some examples eSchool eState eSkill eStrimg Etc. This isn't racist post or anything, I am genuinely curious about it.
