What should I do rn?

I really love my gf ... she's the only girl whom I have truly loved ever since school days. Recently she got in relationship with me and it feels like on cloud nine. She's very supportive and sweet but one thing which she often says makes me very depressing - her family won't approve for the marriage and she's helpless in this case. Ik her family is typical orthodox Hindu family and they are very stubborn for intercaste marriage and this things makes me so depressing that I'm not able to clearly think of the future. I don't come from a influential background, I'm just a ordinary person from a humble background waiting for my onboarding. These days a lot of things are going in my head , I'm worried about our future, my career and my family financial condition. Idk what to do from here on , she clearly loves me a lot and I also love her to the core but this mere thought of complex family dynamics just spoils everything. Whenever we try to discuss this either one of us just says to focus on now and we'll see this later. Simply put we are just dodging the unavoidable..how will I face this in coming year or two . Please help I need some genuine advice.
