What's the best heart health supplement that one can start intake of?

Was searching something for my brother. He works in IT and the sleep cycle's messed up. Lives far from home so doesn't get home made food either. It's either mess or Swiggy/zomato. I've came across some heart health juice with great reviews on Amazon. I am not sure if one can take such supplements without prescription. What do you think?
