What is the biggest age gap you have seen so far between Parents and Childrens, and how is it going?

Like the age gap between parents and children? One of my aunt recently had a baby when she was 40, and some of them conceived when she was only 21. What are the advantages of having less age gap, and the disadvantages of having big age gaps? And your observations in the society and any experiences u wanna share? TIA
