What is the best way to use my time while I am unemployed?

I'm on a voluntary career break. I have been working for the last 8 years. Finally, I thought I should steal some time for myself before I get too old to enjoy life. I have left the job recently and am not even planning to look for a new one for the next 3 months. It'd sound funny but I have already started feeling a little bored as the constant work, sleep, repeat life didn't give me the space to build any hobbies. What do you guys think I should do to utilise this time in the best way possible. I'm open to suggestions.
