What if all fast food companies, marketing companies, hospitals, and the FSSAI have a secret deal?
Imagine a scenario where fast food companies, marketing giants, hospitals, and the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) secretly conspire to create a perpetual loop of profit. Fast food chains, backed by clever marketing, push addictive, ultra-processed foods under the guise of convenience and taste. Meanwhile, hospitals capitalize on the resultant surge in health issues like obesity, diabetes, and heart disease, turning patients into lifelong customers. In this twisted alliance, FSSAI, instead of being a watchdog, allegedly plays along, setting lenient standards or ignoring violations, ensuring the cycle remains unbroken. Such a deal would blur the lines between corporate greed and public health, leaving individuals trapped in a vicious circle fueled by engineered consumption and dependency. Saw few examples of Fake Paneer, No Regulation on Sugar content, etc. so thought to post about it. As an Individual what decisions I can make ? To stop, or avoid these things.5
