What does society think of a lady who puts parents over husband ?

We all have seen men who side with his parents over his wife even if they are wrong. These men are usually praised and called good sons. Moreover, if they side with his wife (even if she is right) he is called a henpecked husband) What does society think of a lady who puts parents over husband ?
