What can I Pursue after 14 years of working in PSB Bank

36 F, working as a scale 3 officer in a public sector bank. Worked across Credit, Branch management, Retail etc., in short - except Forex and Treasury, 14 years of banking made me jack of all trades but master of none. I am trying to quit my job but not sure if I would get a better opportunity elsewhere. My self confidence is at ultimate low especially after frequent performance review meetings. It's not that I am not performing, it's just that no matter what I do, how many hours I work how many weekends I attend office it's simply never enough. Been missing promotions last few years, despite doing good and cracking exams. I am an engineer and an MBA. Both from a decent government college (under scholarship). I really do want a change, but stuck on what to do. Any inputs for me ?
