Unicef Donations are okay to do?

I have been registered for unicef monthly donation of 800₹ by thier employees while I was walking on the road. I thought it is good to donate, but after seeing the reviews and the way unicef works, I'm really not comfortable to continue with donation. Should I cancel the eNach or okay to continue?
