Taking Loans in India, Bank create Physical and Mental Harresment, suggest how to handle kiosk

With lot of harassment and 130% collateral taken up loan from PNB for 20 Lakhs, paid almost 13 Lakhs, failed to pay last 2 installment due to business competitions and low returns, every month from 20th everyday lot of call from PNB tell everyone to remit before 25 th , so many calls everyday, missed my 2nd installment they came to my shop unexpected and started shouting Infront of customers told them will pay this month, still they went to my home to check if I'm living them and enquiry with neighbors also. Taking loans in India is harassment any one else faced similar issue, how to handle such issues in bad times.
