STRICTLY FOR GIRLS: What have you gifted your guy friend as a self care gift?

Since guys are not helping much, I'm posting it again 😭 Looking for a self care gift for a guy friend's birthday. We're pretty close to each other and he has helped me out with a lot of major things that happened in my life. He's been dealing with some stress for a while now and his routine is pretty much messed up. I want to gift him something that'll make him feel relaxed. I was looking for some aroma therapy and journals but I'm not sure if guys like that. What are some things that guys would like to receive?
