Should I be ethical and give back the money that belongs to a restaurant?

I went to California Burritos, where they had an offer with everything on the menu priced at just ₹100. Due to the offer, the place was crowded, and I had to wait almost an hour in the queue to place my order. While there, I had barely any network. I scanned the QR code to make the payment, and since everyone was in a hurry, I didn’t check properly and left the place. Later, I got a message from my bank saying the amount was credited back.
