Pls suggest distress/panic button or IoT device that can be used for elderly care. How about IoT buttons or smart calling bell?

I’m looking to keep a device in my grandparents room that they can use to alert family members in case of emergency. They have become very old and using a mobile is hard at times for them. I saw Tapo IoT button on Amazon. Can this be setup to give an alert to a number upon pressing? There isnt enough info on the product page in Amazon. Or actually would a smart door bell do the job?
