Planning to move to hyderabad

Need some info on rental prices for 1BHK and 2BHK apartments. Looking for a place with a reliable water and power supply. My office is in Hitech City, so something nearby would be ideal, but l'm open to slightly farther locations if traffic isn't a big hassle. Any recommendations?
