People in tech and hackers. How to report discord channel and other groups that share non consensual intimate pictures

I keep hearing from men on social media that there are websites and groups dedicated to selling non-consensual intimate photos. These groups exist solely to share such images. On Reddit, there are subreddits that mass-report these groups, but many private groups continue to operate, sharing pictures without the consent of the people involved. If someone wants to take down these exclusive groups, what steps can be taken? The men running these groups don’t seem to fear consequences for their actions and continue without stopping. Lawyers, do you have any insights? I will never understand how men can collectively participate in these groups without reporting them or being disgusted by them.
