Non-OCD people, how do you handle putting on shoes without washing your hands?

So I have Contamination OCD. One of the thing that bothers me is the fact that the ground is so dirty. I have to wash my hands after i put my shoes on because my shoelaces touch the ground where my shoes were. So i wanted to ask you guys, How do you guys deal with doing simple things like just putting your shoes on without washing your hands, even though your shoes have touched stuff that's on the ground? or If something fell on ground( i mean road) do you guys clean it? The other day my airpod fell on road , before using it again I have to sanitized it. Or I wash my hands before eating anything. Please guide me.
