My left eye twitching continuously !

idk, but why my left eye twitching continuously more than a year. whenever I think about something or I'm start to do something my eye start twitching and then stop for sometime, and again cycle repeats. its been more than a year it's started happening , the thing which stress me even more is the superstition related to it . my right also twitch some times like rarely but nothing happened good or bad . I don't believe in this superstition BS but my mind is stuck in this spiral of overthinking please help. I can't focus on my work it's just so annoying that sometimes I just want to pull out that muscle . I can't sleep , work . PS: I did some research so here is the extra info. sleep - 6-7 hrs daily ( no fixed time of sleep usually after 12pm ) caffeine - drink daily 2 spoons in 1 mug (sometime drink 2 times) stress - not only stress but overthinking , anxiety , depress (sometime), and what not .
