Is there a limit to loud speakers in India?

I’m from a very touristic city in Rajasthan. We have a lot of restaurants and hotels here. Suddenly there’s “Trend” here of Live music. Not the regular live music but the loud screaming of those singers and peasants waving their hands. This is going on everywhere in the city. I get it, people want to enjoy but every damn restaurant has this crap around here. Starting from 3 Pm to 10-11 Pm. Non Stop chapri guitarist and their peasants singing on Mic. If this happens on weekends, I don’t really care. But every single day? Also, Rajasthan is so corrupt that they’re feeding police thousands of rupees just to slide in their illegal business and do whatever they want. Is there anything I can do? If anyone knows how loud music can be in played, please comment and also tell me what can I do!
