Is there a city where i can live on 20k a month?

I dont really care about the place. I have about 2.7L savings, I want to stay away from my family. All i need is peaceful place, cheap groceries and internet. Is it possible to move to a place where i can have expenses around 20-25k ? Pg/ rent, food, and other expenses combine
