Is Blindly Imitating American Culture Making Indian Youth Lose Their Identity?
It's concerning that Indian youth are increasingly imitating Americans when someone blindly imitates another culture its slang, humor, and behavior they risk losing their own individuality. Instead of developing their own personality, they become a copy of something they don’t fully belong to. This kind of mimicry traps them in a cycle where they are always chasing trends, never truly original, and constantly seeking validation from a culture that doesn’t see them as its own. In the end, they don’t become the person they want to be they become a shadow of someone else’s world, never fully accepted and never fully themselves.3
