India needs to learn from other countries

Hear me out.. This is an open discussion I really want india to implement strict UAE rules against rape. Anywhere I see is a rape news or attempt to molest. Even in reddit some people promote it and ask for roleplay, I mean wtfff Is civic sense so degraded in present generation where they are for incest rp and cp. Sometimes I wish to harm someone who is involved in such acts in real life. I guess I am consuming such news more frequently and thinking to divert my mind from it, but then what's the difference will it create is the thought that occurs next. It will just be mentality of the crowd. I know I'm real life many cases are not reported or been taken care off legally, but that too is taking so long. I rage up from the online comments. Your thoughts??
