If you get married while you're still in college, who would you take with you to a guardian's meeting? Parents? In-laws? Or husband?
Okay so I know this is hilarious but a friend of mine is getting married and she still has around 2 years left(she's pursuing masters) and she is in a college she where they have a guardian meet every sem end with faculty for performance evaluation(not mentioned due to confidentiality reasons). Her parents recently found her a chap who's well off and want her to get married and she's okay with it since she wants to be a housewife and doesn't do well with the career choices(since the career choice). The family that she's getting married into said that they want her to continue her education and even told her that she can pursue further studies at their expense(which I find hilarious XD), which has now created a bigger problem for her since she has no interest in it and the guy she's getting married to has a PHD and is studying post-doc. She really likes the guy and the family but is terrible in her studies and barely managed to pass. And their marriage is set to be in a couple months. Now she's considering postponing the marriage so that she can just complete her degree somehow and not deal with this at all. If you have gone through this, or have any idea about this situation, help is appreciated.2
