If I have a piece of software in the US fetching $29usd per month, what price makes it equally accessible to Indian devs?

Just trying to get an understanding of what's reasonable... We can do custom pricing for India and I'd like to make that happen that falls into the no brainer dev tools category of spend. Thanks!
