How to unfuck my life?

I'm 24year 3 month old man. Graduated in 2023 and been preparing for upsc cse ever since (pressured from family). I graduated in civil engineering and after 1.5 years into upsc I don't have any will to carry on. Forget upsc I have lost all intrest in life itself. My career feels blank, I don't know what to do anymore. How do you guys make your life colourful? Unemployment makes me feel pity full of myself. Whenever I see my friends in Instagram it feels like they are living their life and I'm stuck with nothing...is 24 year too old to make some changes to life?
