How to delete Bihar from Indian trains? Readout description first

Before having a conversation please read this out. I have recently seen multiple videos of bihari people vandalizing trains that too AC coaches because they didn't get a seat. You will find many of such videos of people sitting improperly in trains and travelling without ticket. How can anyone teach them these normal things. And these people get offended if someone calls them Bimari. They don't follow any laws/duties in their own state and migrate to other states and try not to follow laws there. Really, why guys why?
