How to deal with Dry eyes and Blurred Vision post LASIK?

I had LASIK in 2018 and have been facing extremely dry eye issues ever since. I had dry eyes issue before LASIK as well. Post the surgery, I always feel blurredness, discomfort at night, and no sharpness in vision whatsoever. I have consulted a lot of doctors, along with the one who did my LASIK but never got any relief. I have been prescribed many drops, and done many tests but everybody suggested my eyes are normal. Whenever I have my eyes checked by an optometrist, it comes out okay, but I always feel blurredness in vision, dry eyes and headache. I don't know what I should do anymore. This is taking a toll on my mental health. I think about it all the time, checking online meeting doctors etc. Is there a chance anyone could guide me towards? Thanks a lot in advance.
