How Much Do You Send to Your Parents?

For context, I send around ₹10,000 every month to my parents. I grew up watching them sacrifice their dreams, their comfort, and sometimes even their health to ensure I had the best education, opportunities, and life. Now that I’m earning, the least I can do is give back. But how much is enough? Is there even a way to measure that? They don’t ask for it, so I usually consider they probably don’t need it. is there Something else I can do for them, which you do?
