How does traffic in major Indian cities compare to other big cities in Asia?

For those of y'all that have traveled in other asian countries, how does the traffic/ traffic congestion over there compare to the big cities in India, such as Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, etc. ??? I'm mostly interested in major metro cities in South East Asia such as Hanoi/Saigon, Manila, Jakarta, and cities in China like Beijing/Shanghai. Anywhere with a lot of people, i'm interested how they manage transportation for everyone while trying to make sure they can travel across the city in a reasonable amount of time. For reference, I'm indian living abroad and the worst traffic i experienced in india was going from noida to gurgaon during evening rush hour. Took us damn near 3 hours lmfao it made LA traffic seem like a joke.
