How do you have social interactions?

Idk how to have social interactions. Wouldn't it be creepy if I start talking to someone I meet on road without a reason. I cannot find anyone to talk to without looking cringe or creepy. When I tagged 'relationships' I don't mean romance or sex. Just normal relationships.
