How do you deal with this ?

So 24M here . I kinda feel lost in life . Time is passing by and being the eldest kid of the family I don’t see myself being stable or settling anytime soon. Sooner or later I gotta have my family too . The only thing that scares me is not being settled by then . Back of my mind I always think about what to do what to do . And it just leaves me no where just worrying more and more about future. And most of all I don’t trust myself anymore. I have lost faith in me . Looking in the mirror seeing myself I just see a guy who lost a long time ago just not giving up. I know there might be some of guys/girls out there who feel like this . How do you deal with it ?
