How do people manage Intermittent Fasting with a corporate job? Struggling.
I am a Data Scientist and prefer to work from office because of productivity reasons. I have to leave at 8am everyday though, given that I live a little far off. And of course I cannot leave without having anything, as I need energy to start my day. So I have a light breakfast. In the evening, I come home by 6.30-7ish generally and then hit the gym. So my dinner time generally becomes like 8.30-9ish. Basically, my "Intermittent Fasting" time is like 10-11hrs at best. I want to take this to 13-14 but really am not able to. Need your help and advice, what can I do to achieve this? TIA :')5
