Getting a full body checkup done for the first time ... Medicos/ healthcare peeps - plz answer

I am a 25 yo woman and i am getting a full body checkup done for the first time but since there are so many "packages" with different tests, I can't decide which one to go for . So all medicos - what are some tests that I should get done compulsorily, along with scans if necessary ??
