Don't you think it's high time we should have social credit system like China?

Hi everyone, We all know that in India most of the people lack civic sense. They throw garbage on road, vandalize public property, use social media to spread fake news to ignite their agenda and list goes on and on. I believe that government can easily mitigate these issues by introducing social credit system which exists in China. This system provides scores to the individuals and businesses based on their behaviour. For penalizing people who cause nuisance, government should install cctv cameras across the country and using ai they can scan the person's face and deduct the score. Like banks review our credit score before sanctioning loans to individuals and businesses, similarly, this social credit score would be referred by the private companies, banks, government recruiting agencies before hiring or providing them with loans. This is just one example. There can other repercussions as well. I myself try to follow all the civic rules, but I get disheartened when I see with my own eyes or on the news that how people vandalize public property and litter the streets without any repercussions. We have large population like China and I believe this is only way we can instill discipline among the people and penalize the troublemakers. Please do let me know your thoughts on this.
