Do your fellow colleagues actually think about you in College?

So basically, i have skipped college for like 2 months. Nothing happened. Just didn’t wanna go. Didn’t see anybody from my class for 2 months. I am going to class tomorrow and was thinking what other students gonna think. Does this happen or is every student so immersed in their own lives that they don’t care about the rest of the students except their friend group?
