Do anyone feel the way we see things communicated with English is irritating?

I scroll through LinkedIn ,YT, Instagram and other platforms and I feel the way we Indians communicate now a days trying too elegant, over-hyed, too excited. Yes, everyone wants to improve their vocab and present their thoughts in clear and effective manner. Courses are available online focusing on where to stress on words, voices, pitch etc. However in this process to fit in, I feel we are loosing something, now things are not said the way the situation is. It's too much hand movements, over expressive facial expressions, over explaining, overly trying to be british spoken. You get the feel?? My eyes now search for simple, effective communication on such platforms instead of marketing style speech and thesaurus thrown to my face where every next person trying to please the everyone. It's just an short observation I felt sharing? Some may find biased as it is shortly expressed. Let me know what you think?
