Did she proposed me?

I 22M (soon to be 23 in a couple of days), work as a junior assosiate researcher at a Lab in Delhi. I am the youngest employee expect for interns and most of my colleagues are 35+ and I don't connect with them well. Hence I started spending more time with the interns, some of them became good friends of mine and among them is another girl (21/22 Idk). She became a great friend of mine, and we often use to go home together sharing a cab (basically it will be me and 3 more interns and everyone will leave at their spot). So today, as usual everyone said their byes and then when my stop came, and just as I was leaving, she also stepped out and said " She likes me". And this came out of nowhere, and I thought I might have misheard, and then when I continued to leave and walk, she "where are going (my name), i said I like you". I was very confused at this moment, I didn't knew what to so, I ended up staring at her for good one minute and left. She has been blowing up my phone with texts and calls, was this even a proposal? I have never been in such situation my whole life. How Am I supposed to react in this situation?
