Convince parents foreign girlfriend

Hi, I am 24M and I have a foreigner girlfriend (25F). My mom is traditional and conservative in terms of relationships and marriage. I told her about my partner on my visit to India and she freaked out and over multiple days of discussion she made it clear to me that this would never work out for her and it’s my mistake to have ever started the relationship and expecting her to accept it. She says accepting it is equivalent to ending her life as she would lose her already troubling relationship with her parents and sibling and her social circle. I couldn’t comment on that but I tried convincing her that this will never mean she will lose me. Tried telling great things about my partner which are the qualities she expects. But she hasn’t budged. This is causing a great deal of anxiety to me and I’ve will start seeking therapy for it soon, as was planning on asking my mom to take it as well (she is not traditional in terms of counselling so should be fine) But at a point where I don’t see any solution, I was wondering how to proceed with this given I’ll go back to where I live in 3 weeks?? Context: My mom is a stay at home partner who dedicated her entire life(a bit too much according to me) to me. Ps: my girlfriend has been supportive but I didn’t tell her the extent of things wrt an ultimatum to pick
