Can this happen?

Something unusual happen with me tomorrow evening , It was around 6 pm I was studying in my hostel room and one of my friend called me and said lets go to the canteen to have some tea I agreed...I stood up refreshed a bit open my cupboard (almari) to take out cash from my wallet cuz I don't want to spend from upi because of some reason, the moment I opened my wallet I was like wtf! My whole wallet is empty some coins was there only I was panicking I searched my whole cupboard but money wasnt there... I have something around 2k in my wallet all gone... I instantly thought that sweepers did this I called one of my roommate (say A)(3 of us lives in my hostel room... Including me 3) I asked him if in afternoom someone came in our room or you heard that someone open or closes our cupboard because in afternoon around 2 to 4 me and my second roommate are in different room and our 3rd roommate is in our room only...he said yes sweeper came but I didnt hear something like that...I tell him what happened he instantly came to the room and searched his wallet he said I have something around 2.5k or 3k in my wallet and only 1500 left...he said my money is also stolen but I said to him if someone wants to steal...he will steal the whole money what's the point of stoling only some of the money...he said no no no and all...I called my 3rd roommate (say B) I tell him everything and he said same happens with him yesterday or day before yesterday his 300 rupees got stolen from room only... We discussed whole thing... And we decided to tell warden to check the cameras...My room was on side of the camera The day this happend..uske pichle din ki raat me (11 feb around 11 pm)maine apne dost ko 100 rupees diye the cuz I borrowed from him and when I opened my wallet to give back his money my wallet is full...I have whole money with me... It means jo hua hai wo usi din (12th feb) ki subha se leke dopeher ke beech me hua hai... We checked the camera... From 9 AM when A goes to the college for his practical and B and Me are sleeping... I wake up at 10 AM and between 9am to 10am the sweeper comes in and in around 1 min he sweeps and goes out...no doubt he didnt do that cuz in 1 min its impossible.. Around 10 AM I wake up and went to take bath...no one came in...and then around 12pm to 1pm I went to mess but B is bathing and A is still in college...And the door is opened...between that time no one comes in...then in the afternoom between 1pm to 4pm only sweeper comes in pocha lagane he also exits our room in 1 min... Now I am not getting how the f*ck my money got stolen if no one comes in... Me and my roommate B are suspecting A because he stakes alot... He smokes alot he drinks alot...he knows where our money is kept...he know where our keys are... Not only us but other peoples are also telling me that this might be him... Idk what to do!
