After COVID (post 2020 August) How has life been for others??

Personally after covid I entered High School, I dropped from being a ranker toa a average student. I had lost my athletic body and all my social skills. Now I feel like I have lost everything. I have board exams in 5 days, I have not studied anything. I feel like I lost everything. Sometimes I think back about what could have I done differently. My life is falling apart. I can't trust anyone. I have to pic a good PU collage. I can't talk about this to anyone so posting it on reddit. Thank you for reading. PS:I don't know what Flair to add sorry about that
