Adulting is hard! How do I manage this job?

Heyyy guys!! This is gonna be long so you so beech mei insta mat khol lena ( short attention span people this is for you!!). Alright so hii I am I just got a job!!! And I'm super excited bout it. It's been around 20 days since I've started.Btw this is my first ever job! So I have no idea how things work. I'm clueless like a headless chicken! A lil bout this company it's an American company aur clients bhi American hote hai. Andddd we have to write emails! Emails! And freaking emails! Mujhe laga tha email mei kya hi kar lenge but na na na I was wrong. They have a freaking email test every week like I gotta give 2 test a week and man I am not preforming well. I've gotta get a minimum score to "stay" in this company or else I'll be be 'fired'. Like what even is this bs I feel like I'm giving a school exam. Agar marks nhi aae tho fire kaun karta hai yaar! Okay and before you think, just another genz kid is outta touch from reality, doesn't understand corporate. Esa nhi hai I do understand how things work. Hell everyone around me is always getting me back to reality, delusional rehne nhi deta koi mujhe. I'm still in uni and this job came through, last sem hai tho I thought the best would be to take up a job earn some moneyy ( they kinda pay well). Okay so you must be thinkin why his post? I need advice on these topics: 1. Tell me how do I get my shit together, everyone in my team has 3 years of workex and mere paas dhang ki internship bhi nhi hai it's making me feel like I am not fit for them. It makes me feel scared that Imma fuck it up. 2. How do I catch up? This company I'm working at doesn't have any such thing as 'training period' they just get work work work from the very first day! I'm not used to such a fast moving culture so it's gonna take me a lil while to get used to all of this. 3. How do I get better at writing these emails! 20 days in and I'm all the time on my toes scared that I'll fuckup my tests and they'll fire me. See the thing is I really wanna work in this company and I know things take time but abhi kya karun?
