What's stopping NDA to fulfill it's Promises regarding Jobs? YSRCP gov gave 1.3lakh permanent Gov Jobs within 6 months.

It's been 7 months and still not a single Job was notified. All those promised Jobs of 20 lakh must be fake narrative set by the Lokesh and Pavankalyan. If YSRCP could give 1.3lakh Jobs within 6 months why can't TDP?
